POP-HQ histopathological scoring data plus the 4 main demographic features for the patient samples used in the study. All histopathologic scoring for the USLs used in this study are included, as well as the main demographic data, age, smoking status, (0=non-smoker, 1=smoker), parity, and body mass index (BMI), and menopause status plus hormone replacement used in the three previous months. Boxes are included to show that the POP-A phenotype does contain adipose (Adipo), the POP-I phenotype does contain lots of neutrophil inflammation (Inflam), and the POP-V phenotype does contain lots of NIH (TI thick). See (ref below) for details of the scoring. Legend for Sheet 2: Receptor Staining Scores. All ERα, ERβ, GPER, and AR IHC data for all subjects is shown. All receptor scoring data for the USLs used in this study are included.
