Prevalence of harassment experienced by female startup founders 2017 vs 2020

In 2020, a larger proportion of female founders and cofounders in the tech sector worldwide reported having at least once experience with workplace harassment than those in 2017. In 2020, almost one fifth of female founders reported having experienced workplace harassment four to five times, up three percent from 2017. However, in 2017, eight percent more women than those in 2020 reported having experienced workplace harassment six or more times.
