This dataset contains T1-weighted brain images from 25 healthy participants.
DICOM files were converted using dcm2niix from MRIcron (v1.0.210190902)
In the derivatives folder, DICOM files were converted using an older version dcm2nii. The analysis in the relevant paper https://github.com/zelanolab/human_olfactory_tubercle_and_periaqueductal_gray_structural_connectivity was performed on these images.
The images have been field-bias corrected using FSL and skull-stripped (derivatives folder).
All images were defaced using fsl_deface with an extra mask of eyeballs.
