Th17s treated with insulin-like growth factors express higher levels of genes associated with activation, Th17 identity, peripheral maturation and effector function, while control Th17s are relatively enriched for genes associated with Treg identity and function. Overall design: Sorted naive CD4+ T cells from Ifn-?/Thy1.1 IL-17a/hCD2 Foxp3/GFP reporter mice were stimulated in Th17 conditions with or without 30ng/mL desIgf1. RNA was isolated from hCD2+ cells after 5 days.
