Objective To analyze the expression of KDELR1 gene in pan-cancer and its role in tumor immunity and prognosis, and to explore its value in immunotherapy and clinical prognosis.Methods The expression level of KDELR1 in tumor and normal tissues was analyzed; the relationship between KDELR1 and overall survival was evaluated; the KDELR1-related signaling pathways in gene enrichment analysis were studied; the correlation between KDELR1 and tumor microenvironment and immune infiltration was calculated; the drug sensitivity of KDELR1 was analyzed.Results KDELR1 was highly expressed in multiple tumors; its high expression was significantly associated with poor prognosis and immune cell infiltration of patients; KDELR1 participated in tumor occurrence and development by regulating multiple signaling pathways such as glycolysis, TGF-β and Notch; in addition, the expression level of KDELR1 was positively correlated with the sensitivity of 12 drugs including teniposide and venetoclax.Conclusion The expression of KDELR1 in pan-cancer is significantly related to the survival rate and immune infiltration level of patients, showing the potential as a tumor biomarker and therapeutic target.
