The set of aminotransferase sequences used for identifying the aminotransferase candidates in the conium transcriptome.This data set contains two FASTA files:(1) uniprot_transaminases.fasta: the set of transaminase sequences retrieved from the Uniprot database, and(2) pdb_transaminases.fasta: the set of transaminase sequences retrieved from the protein data bank (PDB) database.In order to find the alanine aminotransferase enzyme involved in the coniine biosynthesis in the Conium maculatum transcriptome, these sequences were used as the seeds for homology-based search.
