Comparison of R108, a wild and nitrate sensitive genotype, with npf6.8-3, a mutant and insensitive line, deficient in the nitrate transceptor MtNPF6.8 (Pellizzaro et al, 2014 Plant Physiol). Overall design: Comparison between treated and untreated plants for the mutant and the wild type NOTE: The full original/unedited raw data files from multi-chip blades (slides) which contain complete information for various hybridizations are included as Series supplementary files. Experiments were technically as dual channel (eg, Cy3 and Cy5-labeled samples hybridized to the same array) but processed the results as though they are single channel (Cy3 and Cy5 signals are calculated, instead of Cy3/Cy5 ratios). Each raw data file generated from each Cy3 and Cy5-labeled pair is linked to the corresponding *_Cy5 sample records.
