Identification of respiratory microorganisms by a multiplex PCR system (FilmArray) from patients with presumptive SARS-CoV-2 infection and negative molecular test result

This database was obtained by performing a retrospective cohort study employing clinical data and nasopharyngeal swab samples from patients with clinical suspected SARS-CoV-2 infection and a negative PCR result in a private laboratory in Lima, Peru. The samples were analyzed employing the FilmArray™ respiratory panel to identify acute respiratory infection (ARI).
