Coefficients of the Polygenic Risk Score of Cardiovascular Disease estimated using lassosum on 1,037,385 variants with base summary statistics from the CARDIoGRAMplusC4D 1000 Genomes-based GWAS on Coronary Artery Disease, a validation set from UK Biobank (33,458 prevalent CVD cases and 33,458 age and sex frequency-matched controls) and the Linkage Disequilibrium reference panel from the 1000 Genomes European sub-population. Calibrated lassosum parameters are s=0.9 and lambda=0.00207.
