RNA-seq analysis analysis of Ammopiptanthus mongolicus adapting to seasonal changes

To reveal the alteration in gene expression in Ammopiptanthus mongolicus adapting to seasonal changes, i.e., from summer to autumn to winter, RNA-seq analyses were performed using the leaves of wild plants in these three seasons.
