资源简介:
In this study, biological, transcriptomic and RNA interference experiments were conducted to reveal the effects of the antibacterial peptides of Longophora pinoides on pine wood nematodes. We found that the amPS could reduce the number of eggs, the number of progeny and motor activity of pine wood nematode, and the high concentration of AMPs had stronger toxic effect on pine wood nematode. We combined transcriptomic analysis to study the gene expression changes of Matsura matsura treated with antibacterial peptides, and found that the gene expression related to the development of the vaginal lid of Matsura matsura was inhibited. RNA interference experiments confirmed that genes interfering with the development of the vaginal lid inhibited the oviposition behavior of nematodes, resulting in a decrease in the number of oviposition and offspring. This study further elucidates the mechanism of the effect of antibacterial peptides on pine wood nematode and provides the basis for its control.
