Sorted spike-time data from rat motor cortex recordings in behaving rats
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains sorted spike-time data derived from extracellular electrophysiological recordings from the motor cortex of actively behaving rats, together with raw lever and event signals used in analyses reported in a manuscript currently in preparation, provisionally titled "Cross-layer non-random networks associated with reward-earning motor behavior." The data were originally collected for a project conducted by the Laboratory for Neural Circuit Theory, led by Tomoki Fukai, at RIKEN Brain Science Institute and underlie the publication "Microcircuitry coordination of cortical motor information in self-initiation of voluntary movements" (doi:10.1038/nn.2431). Tomoki Fukai, the principal investigator of both the original project and the current study, provided the following authorization and attribution: "I authorize this release as the principal investigator of this project and credit Yoshikazu Isomura, Rie Harukuni, and Hidenori Aizawa for data collection, Takashi Takekawa for spike sorting, and Milena M. Carvalho for data curation and deposition."
