Integrated Clinicopathological and Genomic Insights into Cervical Clear Cell Carcinoma

Cervical clear cell carcinoma (CCC) is a rare and aggressive subtype of cervical adenocarcinoma. Its molecular landscape and clinicopathological correlations remain inadequately characterized, particularly in comparison to HPV-associated cervical adenocarcinomas (HPVA).Tumor and matched normal blood samples from 4 patients underwent next-generation sequencing (NGS), targeting 312 cancer-related genes.
