Differential expression between hemolymphe samples from different population of sesamia parasitized by different strains of Cotesia typhae. Gene expression in parasitized sesamia larvae

Raw transcriptomic data from 30 hempolymph samples of sesamia nonagrioides (host) parasitized by cotesia typhae (parasitoid wasp). Samples are from 10 different conditions depending on the host population (SnR+ and SnR-), the parasitoid strain (CtV+ and CtV-) or absence of parasitism (none) and the time post-oviposition when the hemolymph was taken (24h or 96h). Three replicates were obtained for each condition. Each sample comprises a mix of RNA from the hemolymph of 6 larvae.
