IAM_COMPACT_Study_9_Steel_industry

This dataset contains the underling raw data of IAM COMPACT "Study 9 – Decarbonising EU Steel: Impact of Trade and Industrial Policy". Study 9 was part of the second Policy Response Mechanism cycle (PRM2) and includes an update and continuation of the work conducted in Study 4. Based on the stakeholder feedback and the capabilities of the models involved, the overarching research question of Study 9 was “How do policies shape the pathways towards a decarbonised European steel industry and its impacts on energy demand and CO2 emissions, considering spatial relocation, globally and within the EU?”
