资源简介:
Mice were pretreated with anti-radiation drugs before irradiation, including amifostine, bacterial flagellin, recombinant human thrombopoietin , nilestriol tablets. Comparing the gene expression profile of the mice in the drug pretreatment group and the radiation control group, the gene with the opposite expression was screened out. The down-regulated gene phospholipase C gmma 1 (Plcg1) was screened out after the action of anti-radiation drugs. Matlab/Perl was utilized to analyze genome-wide expression profiling. First, we tried to find genes whose expression level had significant variations at 6 hours 7 days or 14 days post radiation. All the three different time points have their own corresponding normal control. Since no normal control was prepared before radiation, the identical genes from the three normal controls of different time points were used as time 0 control. Our data revealed that radiation affected the genome expression profiling of bone marrow more severely than brain. 551 genes were identified in bone marrow, while 32 genes were found in brain, with only one identical in both the tissues.
