Supplementary Material

This Excel file contains two supplementary tables supporting the article "Environmental distribution of the PHA (polyhydroxyalkanoates) production in the domain Archaea." Supplementary Table 1 (T1.SM): A curated database of archaeal genera with reported PHA synthase activity, including genus, microorganism, enzyme classification, protein domain, environmental source, and amino acid sequences. Supplementary Table 2 (T2.SM): Metagenomic sequences obtained via BLAST analysis, including sequence codes, FASTA format entries, best BLAST hits, enzyme identity, and associated environments. This dataset contributes to understanding the taxonomic and environmental distribution of PHA-producing archaea.
