The purpose of this project was to investigate the effects of chronic PFOS exposure at encironmental-relevant concentration on triple negative breast cancer cells. Murine triple negative breast cancer cells (4T1 cells) were exposed to 0 nM or 100 nM PFOS for 35 passages.RNA was subsequently isolated and RNA-sequencing method was uesd to analyze changes in gene expression.
