Phenology and architecture associations generated from a lentil diversity panel measured in long day, short day and field environments

These data are outputs of the project: Improving The Adaptation And Profitability Of High Value Pulses (Chickpea And Lentil) Across Australian Agroecological Zones - GRDC Project Code UOT1909-002RTX.

This dataset contains the genomic locations of SNP and haplotype associations detected for architecture and phenology traits measured across a lentil diversity panel. The phenotypes were collected from the panel grown in three environments: in a short day photoperiod at the University of Tasmania, TAS in a natural long day photoperiod at a nearby nursery, and in the field at Horsham, VIC.
