CD34⁺ sorted hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells - processed

Dataset of 6881 CD34⁺ sorted hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells from the the original publication SEACells infers transcriptional and epigenomic cellular states from single-cell genomics data. The data has been preprocessed following a standard steps for analysing single-cell RNA-seq measurements, and includes the normalized, log1p transformed counts, PCA embedding, k-nearest neighbor graph and UMAP embedding.
