Multimodal functional connectivity data (calcium, HBT, and fMRI)

This folder contains data from 14 simultaneous acquisitions of wide field optical imaging (WOI) and resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging (rs-fMRI) from mice anesthetized with isoflurane. WOI includes fluorescence from calcium indicators and reflectance from total hemoglobin (HBT). Parcellated preprocessed time courses and functional connectivity matrices calculated for a variety of frequency bands and window lengths are included. WOI was sampled at 50 Hz; rs-fMRI, at 1 Hz.
