资源简介:

The Volumetric Matching MicroMotion Analysis (V3MA) (RSAcore, LUMC, Leiden, the Netherlands) software system was used to determine migration of a tibial implant within a porcine cadaver between different CT scans. The porcine cadaver was scanned in 7 different positions (P1-P2-P3-P4-P5-P6-P7) by 2 CT scanners (GE-Si). As these measurements were conducted on the same day, no migration of the knee implant between scans was assumed. By comparing each exposure with the following exposures (P1-P2, P1-P3, ... P1-P7, P2-P3, P2-P4, etc.), 21 migration analyses were performed for each CT scanner. The different migration analyses are shown in rows, whilst the different migration outcomes are presented in columns. All migration measurements are in mm. Column names consist of: SoftwarenameMigrationmetricScannermodel OR SoftwarenameLocationofmotionScannermodel Possible variables: Softwarename: V3MA or CTMA. Note: CTMA data are not shown in this dataset as Engseth et al. [1] are owners of these data. Migrationmetric: Tx, Ty, Tz, TT, Rx, Ry, Rz, TR, MaxTPM, MinTPM. These are translation and rotation outcomes, respectively, in three different directions and a total translation and total rotation. For specific directions, we refer to the published paper for descriptions and figures of the coordinate system. MaxTPM stands for Maximum Total Point Motion (MTPM), meaning the “the length of the translation vector corresponding to the point on the prosthesis that has moved most, disregarding its location”. MinTPM stands for Minimum Total Point Motion, the same as MTPM, but the point on the prosthesis that has moved the least instead of the most. Scannermodel: GE or Si. These tell which CT-scanner was used: a GE Healthcare or a Siemens CT-scanner (GE Revolution, GE Healthcare, Chicago, USA, and Siemens SOMATOM Force, Siemens Healthcare GmbH, Erlangen, Germany) Locationofmotion: Tip, Medial, Lateral, Anterior, Posterior. Five different feature points were added. At these locations of the tibial implant, the total point motion was measured as well. A figure with the location of these feature points can be found in the Supplementary Data, belonging to the publication.
