In order to understand isoform-specific actions of PI3K class I members p100a and p110Ã on the multi-kinase inhibitor Sorafenib, comprehensive RNA-sequencing experiments were performed. PI3Ki-a and PI3Ki-Ã inhibitors are used to treat HCC cells alone or in combinations with Sorafenib coupled with DMSO controls.
