RNA samples were collected from Diaphorina citri at different developmental stages including eggs; first-, second-, third-, fourth- and fifth-instar nymphs; freshly emerged female adults, freshly emerged male adults, 5-day old female adults and 5-day old male adults; respectively. RNA samples were also collected from different tissues of adults (male/female = 1:1), including antennae, brains, ovaries (freshly emerged and 5-day old female adults), testes (freshly emerged and 5-day old male adults), foreguts, filter chambers, midguts, hindguts, Malpighian tubules and fat body.
