Behavioral and Hematological Effects of Postnatal Darbepoetin in a Rat Model of ASD

This dataset contains raw behavioral data, hemoglobin measurements, and statistical outputs from a study investigating postnatal darbepoetin alfa treatment in a valproic acid (VPA) rat model of autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Behavioral assessments include the three-chamber social interaction test and Morris Water Maze with reversal learning. Hematological data were collected to evaluate systemic drug activity. The data support an analysis of the therapeutic potential and timing limitations of EPO analogues in a preclinical model of ASD.
