Catchment associations of fine stream-sediment geochemistry across South Korea after accounting for multiscale spatial structure: derived data and analysis code
收藏资源简介:
Derived catchment variables, result tables, figures and analysis code supporting the manuscript Catchment associations of fine stream-sediment geochemistry across South Korea after accounting for multiscale spatial structure (175 river sites, 2015–2024). Code is released under the MIT License (LICENSE-CODE.txt) and derived data and result tables under CC BY 4.0 (LICENSE-DATA.txt); no source dataset is redistributed. Version 1.3.0 (revision 1). Accompanies the revised manuscript. Element contrasts in road increment (tableS05b, Supplementary Table S8) are now conditioned on the natural-environment, transport–retention and spatial blocks, the set used for every other increment; bootstrap diagnostics for the paired contrasts were added (tableS05c, Table S8b); the road-increment column of the spatial-basis sensitivity table (tableS06a, Table S9) was regenerated with the same conditioning set; reproduce_analysis.py was revised accordingly and computes the prespecified H2 contrast; code/revision_r1/ was added; figures were renumbered and Figs. 1–3 revised. The as_run scripts are unchanged. Full details in README.md, section Version history.
