Base d'Information Géographique du droit de l'environnement marin et côtier au Sénégal

La Base d’Information Géographique (BIG), élaborée dans le cadre du projet européen PADDLE Planning in a liquid world with tropical stakes, présente un ensemble cohérent de couches d’information construites à partir des textes juridiques applicables à l’environnement marin au Sénégal. Les couches sont relatives au droit international et au droit national du Sénégal. Elles concernent l’ensemble des thématiques relatives à l’environnement côtier et marin (Droit de la mer, sécurité maritime, conservation de la nature, droit des pêches, mine et extraction de matériaux, pétrole et gaz, aquacultures, tourisme, ports, assainissement, rejet en mer). A geodatabase on marine and coastal environment law in Senegal This geographical database (geodatabase) presents a consistent set of layered information developed from the analysis of legal texts applicable to the marine environment in Senegal. It has been developed in the framework of the European project PADDLE (Planning in a liquid world with tropical stakes). The layers relate to international law and the national law of Senegal. They concern all the topics related to coastal and marine environments (Law of the Sea, maritime safety, nature conservation, fisheries law, mining and extraction of sand and hydrocarbons, aquaculture, tourism, ports, sanitation, discharge at sea).
