Code + data for Lomi et al., 2023, https://doi.org/10.1101/2023.01.11.523585 <br> CODE: sdata_analysis file %% sdata_analysis: Matlab function for spatial and temporal analysis of cells recorded in the open field. This builds on an 'sdata' structure, produced by custom-built MATLAB code to analyse raw ephys data (see Grieves et al. 2019 https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-020-14611-7). This function loads the sdata structure containing all the raw data for each recording session. Sdata must be saved in the current folder or Matlab path. This function access spike times and position data stored in sdata and re-creates the main figures and spatial/temporal analyses used in the paper. This function allows the user to specify the name of the sdata structure and what tetrode and cluster number they want to analyse. The input and output of the functions are specified in sdata_analysis. <br> DATA: r1222, r762, r448, r449, r651, r652 zip files For all animals and sessions, we uploaded the sdata structure containing the raw data and analysis results of the first open field trial ("light 1" in sdata). <br> For more details, please refer to our paper.
