Exploring the phenotypic space of genetic circuits using pooled combinatorial DNA assembly

This deposit contains data for the master's thesis titled: "Exploring the phenotypic space of genetic circuits using pooled, combinatorial DNA assembly". masters_thesis_supplementary.zip contains the all the code and data required to reproduce this thesis. The README.md file within this directory provides an overview of the various sub-directories and their contents. The other zip files (namely, 250625_SL_FlowCy.zip and 250627_SL_FlowCy.zip for Sim's library; 250514_ML_FlowCy.zip and 250529_ML_FlowCy.zip for Michiel's library) were too large to be uploaded as part of the main zip file and thus were uploaded separately. If reproducing results, these will need to be moved within the raw data sub-directory for the relevant circuit library.
