This dataset comprises real gene expression profile data for inferring Probabilistic Boolean Networks (PBNs) in metastatic melanoma. The data was subjected to various threshold-based quantization treatments, including mean value, median, and k-means clustering, and was utilized as a benchmark for network inference in the DREAM Challenge. Probabilistic Boolean Networks (PBNs) with a size of 7 were constructed using this dataset, with the core task being to infer PBNs from steady-state gene expression data.
