Single cell sequencing from a hot spring in Yellowstone National Park

This study isolated and sequenced multiple single cells from an acid chloride hot spring in Yellowstone National Park. In this study we identified a terrestrial nanoarchaeal species and its host. We also identified the first evidence of viruses infecting Nanoarchaea.
