Carbon fluxes and POC production by fishes in Celtic Sea (derived from Ecopath model)

This dataset includes output data from an Ecopath model of the Celtic Sea. These data represent the last year state of the modelled ecosystem after a simulation running from 2003 to 2050. It consists in parameters and fluxes of two scenarios (with and without fishing). This dataset was compiled for deliverable 5.2 of the Ocean-ICU Horizon Europe project. Dataset description The following data (in .csv and .rds format) are available: Raw data ("raw_data_*_scenario.csv"), which include basic parameters and outputs of Ecopath (Respiration, Consumption, Prodcution/Biomass, Biomass, etc.). This is split in two dataframes (one for each scenario). group_categories.rds is a list describing the various aggregations used during model analysis, mainly based on ecological roles.
