Metabolic subtyping based on dynamic network biomarker reveals potential therapeutic targets in hepatocellular carcinoma

The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of different HCC subtypes through next generation sequencing and metabolome analysis.The samples for transcriptome sequencing were collected from 60 cases of HCC, 30 of which were also used for whole exome sequencing and LC-MS/MS. Transcriptome sequencing, whole exome sequencing and LC-MS / MS were used to obtain the multi omic characteristics of HCC samples.The characteristics of different subtypes were obtained by data analysis and experiment.
