In vitro study of gut microbiota-mediated response to Salmonella Typhimurium with a focus on dynamics and immune modulation
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the raw and processed data supporting the study on interactions between Salmonella enterica serovar Typhimurium and human gut microbiota using an in vitro fecal fermentation model and Caco-2 cell assays. The files include gut microbiota composition data (alpha diversity and taxonomic abundance), quantitative PCR results, microbial spreading and adhesion/invasion assays, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) cytotoxicity measurements, and western blot quantification of inflammatory markers. These datasets correspond to the experimental results described in the associated manuscript, including the inhibitory effects of gut microbiota on S. Typhimurium growth, epithelial adhesion and invasion, and the modulation of host inflammatory responses (IL-1β, IL-6, and c-Jun). Together, these data demonstrate the protective and immunomodulatory roles of human gut microbiota in maintaining intestinal homeostasis during S. Typhimurium infection.
