Matrix of H3K27ac ChIP-seq signal at 288,711 peak regions. Peak regions were called using MACS2. ChIP-seq signal was quantified using align2rawsignal. The final datasets consists of 288,711 rows (all peaks) by 44 columns (22 cell lines * 2 replicates). Row names indicate the location of the peak (e.g., chr1:30723-31057).NOTE: This data was further normalized prior to analysis in the paper. We standardized each row and then quantile-normalized the columns.
