Inventory of New Jersey's surf clam (Spisula solidissima) resource

Beginning in 1988, New Jersey's inshore surf clam (Spisula solidissima) resource had been surveyed by the Bureau of Shellfisheries once annually each summer. This report focuses mainly on the results of the 2004 survey with comparisons to results of the 1997 through 2003 surveys as well as data collected in prior years. From June 15, 2004 through July 20, 2004, a total of 328 stations were sampled during the survey. Grant no. NA04NMF4070252
