Analysis of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GPx) and glutathione reductase activity (GR) in the primary muscle cells from normal (Ctrl) and dystrophic untreated (mdx untreated) and LLLT treatment analyzed after 24 hours (mdx LA 24) and 48 hours (mdx LA 48). All the experiments were performed in triplicate and data expressed as mean ± SD. a P< 0.05 vs Ctrl group. b P< 0.05 vs mdx untreated group. c P< 0.05 vs mdx LA 24 group.
