Multi-hosts distribution of Rhodococcus equi (Prescotella equi) strains

Rhodococcus equi is an intracellular bacterial pathogen that can cause infections in various hosts, including humans and animals. We gathered a total of 251 whole-genome sequences from public sources and 35 newly sequenced strains.
