Holyrood Sub-Arctic Coastal Bay - benthic video dataset

Drop-video camera of the benthos of Holyrood Bay, NL, acquired across four seasons (July 2020, October 2020, February 2021, and April 2021). Data was collected using a DeepTrekker DTPod drop camera (resolution 1920 x 1080 HD, 30 FPS, a dimmable light with 1000 Lumens, and 2.5 cm red scaling lasers), except for the first day of data collection (B1-B26) where a Sony FDR-X3000 in an 'in-house' built housing and frame was used (4K resolution, 30FPS, a 3500 lumen light, and 10 cm green scaling lasers). This video dataset accompanies the journal article 'Spatio-temporal mapping of neretic benthic assemblages in sub-Arctic marine ecosystems' by K. Charmley, K. Baker, D. Mullowney, and K. Robert [in review].
