资源简介:
This project aims to analyze the metagenomic data of intestinal microbial populations in Carassius carassius (crucian carp) subjected to eutrophication treatment. The core research goal is to clarify the changes in the composition, structure and diversity of the intestinal microbial community in crucian carp under eutrophic conditions, and explore the response pattern of the gut microbiota to eutrophication stress. Eutrophication is a widespread aquatic environmental problem, and studying its impact on the intestinal microbial population of crucian carp (a common freshwater fish) can help reveal the potential link between aquatic environmental changes and the intestinal microecological health of fish. The data and results generated by this project will provide basic support for understanding the ecological effects of eutrophication on aquatic organisms, and also lay a foundation for further exploring the adaptation mechanisms of fish to eutrophic environments.
