Ro-vibrational energies, matrix elements of electric dipole and electric quadrupole operators of H<sub>2</sub><sup>16</sup>O, calculated using variational approach TROVE, based on spectroscopically-refined potential energy surface and <em>ab initio</em> calculated dipole and quadrupole moment surfaces.
