2017-2020年北京TMTT和芳樟醇影响绿盲蝽行为的机制及应用数据集

该数据集收录了绿盲蝽气味受体的序列信息以及绿盲蝽性信息素受体对性信息素及其类似物的反应，以及绿盲蝽普通气味受体对多种植物挥发物的反应，1-16日龄绿盲蝽的交配率，7日龄的交配持续时间及已交配绿盲蝽雌虫的再次交配受到抑制，涂抹雄虫性腺提取物和精包的7日龄绿盲蝽雌虫的交配受到抑制，绿盲蝽成虫对芳樟醇及其结构类似物以及TMTT的电生理反应，以及芳樟醇趋避绿盲蝽成虫及TMTT吸引绿盲蝽成虫的行为学实验数据，为我国防控绿盲蝽等害虫提供了新思路。

This dataset contains sequence information of odorant receptors (ORs) from *Apolygus lucorum*, the responses of its sex pheromone receptors (PRs) to sex pheromones and their analogs, as well as the responses of its general odorant receptors to multiple plant volatiles. It also includes mating rates of *Apolygus lucorum* at 1 to 16 days of age, mating duration of 7-day-old adults, the inhibition of remating in mated female adults, and the inhibition of mating in 7-day-old female adults treated with male gonad extracts and spermatophores. Additionally, it covers electrophysiological responses of adult *Apolygus lucorum* to linalool, its structural analogs and TMTT, alongside behavioral experimental data showing that linalool repels and TMTT attracts adult *Apolygus lucorum*. This dataset provides new insights for the prevention and control of *Apolygus lucorum* and other pests in China.
