Leigh Restoration Modelling Database

A database of species-specific growth and survival rates used in the predictive mathematical modelling of expected forest structures resulting from one of four restoration strategies (i.e., assisted natural restoration, active native planting, broadcast seeding, and carbon planting) at the University of Auckland’s Leigh Farm. This database and associated code were developed as part of a master's thesis (MEcology, University of Auckland) titled "Restoration pathways for coastal Leigh: Reconciling restoration costs, carbon credits, and biodiversity benefits".
