Supplementary video S2: Dorsal midline artery of the mouse urinary bladder

Cleared lower urinary tract from an adult C57Bl/6 male mouse, perfused intracardially with a DY649 conjugate of Tomato lectin and immunostained for vascular markers PECAM and PODXL and viewed with light sheet microscopy (Ultramicroscope Blaze, Miltenyi Biotec, Germany). Image shows the dorsal side of the bladder, including the bladder neck. Some of the surrounding tissues are also seen (prostate, seminal vesicles, vas deferens). Segmentation (Imaris) and red arrows highlight the dorsal midline artery (DMA).
