Intermediate humic acid concentration enhanced the microbial network stability of Panax notoginseng from the forest understorey

Appropriate humic acid (HA) concentration can enhance plant growth and improve soil health. However, the impacts of HA concentrations variation on the development and soil quality of Panax notoginseng (Sanqi) from the forest understorey are still unclear. Here, we applied exogenous HA at different concentrations (2, 4 and 6 ml/L) to the roots of Sanqi, and then determined the diversity and community structure of bacteria and fungi using high-throughput sequencing technology, and further analyzed the relationship between the growth of Panax Notoginseng, soil factors and the stability of soil microbial network.
