本数据集包括西藏一江两河区全氟化合物(PFAS)和有机磷酸酯(OPEs)等持久性有机污染物(POPs)的浓度分布和PFAS的生物富集数据。样品采集于2023年,采样范围包括雅鲁藏布江干流及拉萨河、年楚河和尼洋河,共68个采样点。河流水生生态系统样品包括河水、土壤、沉积物、浮游植物、浮游动物、无脊椎动物和高原鱼类,鱼的种类主要有拉萨裸裂尻鱼、硬刺高原鳅、拉氏鱥、双须叶须鱼、异齿裂腹鱼等。该数据集可为青藏高原大尺度范围的有机污染空间分布制图和POPs对高原河流生态系统的影响评估提供科学依据。
(1)全氟化合物由超高效液相色谱与质谱仪联用进行测定,目标化合物有36种,详见说明文档。(2)有机磷酸酯由气相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱仪进行测定。目标化合物包括8种,具体为磷酸三正丁酯(TnBP)、磷酸三异丁酯(TiBP)、磷酸三戊酯(TPeP)、磷酸三苯酯(TPhP)、磷酸三(2-氯乙基)酯(TCEP)、磷酸三(氯丙基)酯(TCPP)、磷酸三(1,3-二氯-2-丙基)酯(TDCPP)及三苯基氧膦(TPPO)。(3)河流水质参数采用YSI ProPlus便携式多参数水质仪现场测定获得,包括温度、溶解氧、pH、电导率和盐度,参数精度分别为0.1℃、0.01mg/L、0.01、0.1μS/cm和0.01ppt。
This dataset contains concentration distributions of persistent organic pollutants (POPs) including per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) and organophosphate esters (OPEs), as well as PFAS bioaccumulation data, in the Yarlung Zangbo River Basin and its tributary regions (Lhasa River, Nianchu River and Niyang River) in Tibet.
Samples were collected in 2023, with a total of 68 sampling sites covering the main stem of the Yarlung Zangbo River and its three aforementioned tributaries.
Aquatic ecosystem samples collected from the rivers include river water, surface soil, sediments, phytoplankton, zooplankton, invertebrates and plateau fish. Common fish species in the samples include Schizopygopsis younghusbandi, Triplophysa scleroptera, Phoxinus lagowskii, Ptychobarbus dipogon and Schizothorax oconnori, among others.
This dataset can provide scientific support for large-scale spatial mapping of organic pollution and assessment of the impacts of POPs on river ecosystems on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
(1) Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) were analyzed using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC-MS/MS). A total of 36 target compounds were included, with detailed information available in the accompanying documentation.
(2) Organophosphate esters (OPEs) were detected via gas chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry. Eight target compounds were analyzed, specifically: tri-n-butyl phosphate (TnBP), triisobutyl phosphate (TiBP), triamyl phosphate (TPeP), triphenyl phosphate (TPhP), tris(2-chloroethyl) phosphate (TCEP), tris(chloropropyl) phosphate (TCPP), tris(1,3-dichloro-2-propyl) phosphate (TDCPP) and triphenylphosphine oxide (TPPO).
(3) In-situ measurements of river water quality parameters were conducted using a YSI ProPlus portable multi-parameter water quality meter, including temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH, electrical conductivity and salinity. The measurement precisions of these parameters are 0.1℃, 0.01 mg/L, 0.01, 0.1 μS/cm and 0.01 ppt, respectively.
