GBS of F2 mapping population derived from crossing Morex x luteostrians

The dataset contains GBS data of F2 mapping population derived from crossing Morex x luteostrians, with the aim to map the luteostrians gene of which mutation causing a yellow-green striped phenotype. DNA was extracted from primary leaf of 7-day-old seedings. Preparation of GBS library following the procedure as described previously (Wendler et al., 2015). DNA samples were pooled in an equimolar manner per lane and sequenced on Illumina HiSeq2500 for 107 cycles, single read, using a custom sequencing primer.
