骨质疏松患者患者信息采集监控数据库

此数据集包含从系统中导出的不同地区12家医院的就诊患者的基本信息（身高、体重、BMI等）、还包含一些骨质疏松相关的评估及（国际骨质疏松基金会骨质疏松症风险评估、MORSE跌风险评估、骨关节炎调研问卷）以及患者自身的骨密度报告。

This dataset contains basic health and demographic information (e.g., height, weight, BMI, etc.) of patients who sought medical care at 12 hospitals across different regions, which was exported from the hospital system. It also includes multiple osteoporosis-related assessments: the International Osteoporosis Foundation (IOF) osteoporosis risk assessment, MORSE fall risk assessment, and osteoarthritis survey questionnaire, along with the patients' own bone mineral density reports.
