This dataset supports the study <em>“Barriers and solutions for homeowners’ associations undertaking deep energy renovations of condominiums.”</em>It compiles evidence from<strong> literature review</strong> and <strong>expert focus groups</strong> to identify, categorize, and evaluate barriers that impede deep energy renovation in multi-apartment buildings (condominiums) managed by homeowners’ associations.The dataset also includes proposed <strong>solutions and policy interventions</strong>, together with expert-assigned <strong>weights</strong> reflecting the perceived importance or impact level of each barrier.
