Two-photon imaging experiments. Each experiment contains raw imaging data, change in fluorescence images, masks used to estimate neural activity, baseline neural activity, behavioral videos, tracking file for the freely-moving fly, treadmill movement estimates, and two dataframes summarizing imaging and behavioral data. SLEAP models to track the free-moving fly are also included.
